Melissa was born and raised in North Vancouver where she resided for over 30 years, before making the move to "Sunny Tsawwassen" in pursuit of a little more sunshine. However, Melissa remains committed to representing the North Shore, in addition to the Fraser Valley. Her knowledge and sale history throughout the lower mainland is essential, bringing remarkable value in assisting her clients in the purchase and/or sale of their home. Melissa specifically enjoys helping First Time Home Buyers get into the real estate market, and claims it to be her specialty.
In addition to being a fully licensed REALTOR®, Melissa owns a successful bookkeeping company, and currently works as an Accounting Assistant. She brings her experience in finance to each sale which proves to be an important asset in every deal.
Melissa has volunteered her time to the Bikes Against Bullies annual charity event, and donates a portion of her sales to the Amanda Todd Legacy Fund. Another passion she has is for sports. Melissa currently plays on multiple softball teams, showing outstanding commitment and dedication to her coaches and teammates. In November 2017, Melissa represented Team Canada in the WBSC Co-Ed Slow Pitch Softball World Cup in Plant City Florida, bringing home a gold medal.
